the brief
EnglishWorks teaches English to learners from many different backgrounds. They needed a platform where students could sign up, enroll in the right course for their level, and join live classes easily.
what I did
I started with a competitive analysis of other ESL platforms, then designed the full UI/UX with a focus on clear navigation and accessibility.
I designed the key flows (accounts, course setup, and class scheduling with Zoom) together with the developers, then refined the design through usability testing.
